Interviewing – As a Safety Net in Hiring Process

I can conduct interviews for you so you can be sure that you are hiring as per your exact requirements. I follow a systematic approach to interviewing, which shows to you transparently what exactly happened in the interview.

I am available for interviewing candidates for the following roles:

  • Freshers for testing roles
  • Test Engineers supposed to be individual contributors
  • Test Leads and Managers supposed to manage the testing process and/or technically guide the team to success
  • Test Architects who are supposed to be technically very proficient
  • Developers whom you are hiring on the basis that they have a mindset for Building Quality
